


Policies and Disclosures
To keep Passion Flame Kitchen services running as smoothly and professionally as possible, please adhere to the following policies and procedures. If you have questions or anything needs clarification please ask!
CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the responsibility of the Client to confirm and provide the correct information about Booking details. Responsibilities include and not limited to the following:
a. Correct date & times
b. Correct address and contact details
c. Correct information of external suppliers (name/ phone number/ delivery details)
d. Payment is received on time
e. Provide valid Credit Card
f. Providing all known dietaries
g. Client provide parking
h. Clients kitchen must be clean and free from any obstructions free of any debris. Cleaning fee will be applied or chef can leave premise and deposit not refunded. Please have kitchen/ work environment clean. Strictly enforced!!!
i. Client must leave at least 2 shelves of refrigerator space available for chef.
Payment/ Booking
A booking will not be considered ‘Confirmed’ until a deposit has been received.
Should you need to make any changes to your booking you can do so at any stage up to 7 days prior to the event. Final numbers will need to be advised 5 days prior to the event.
PAYMENT
A 25% deposit for any cooking event at the time of confirmation.
The final 75% payment will be due 3 days before of the event.
Payment can be made by Credit Card, Cash App, Wire Transfer, or Zelle.
CANCELLATIONS:
Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable, once a date is booked its locked in. Meaning we cannot double book ensuring your event has our undivided attention. In that event we will be at a loss financially when canceling. No deposit means no locked in date. If for any reason we must cancel your booking then a full refund will be returned.

Passion Flame Kitchen is trained and educated in the proper handling of food and safety and utilizes these practices to bring you a fresh and enjoyable product.
